Villa Albina is placed in a small village called Skitaca (view the destination guide & map). It has it’s own pool.

Villa Ana, Biljana, Maggie and Marina share one pool, they are placed in a small village called Vlakovo (view the destination guide & map).

Rates and Payment Policy:

• Istria Seaside Properties rates are for weekly occupancy only and include all taxes.
• The maximum number of persons per villa is 10.
• One week’s deposit is due upon making the reservation and secures any 1 to 2 weeks reservation. A two weeks’ deposit is required for stays greater than 3 weeks.
• The remainder of the payment is due at check-out.
• We accept wire transfer and personal checks with ID.
• Rates posted are subject to availability and can change without prior notice.

Check-in and Checkout:

Check-in time is anytime between 3 PM and 6 PM. Arrivals after 6 PM must make prior arrangements with us to ensure access to the villa. In order to give each villa the attention you and all guests deserve checkout time is 10:00 AM. We appreciate your cooperation with this.

Istria Seaside Properties are designed and operated for a family clientele seeking a spirited but tranquil atmosphere.
Animals are welcome.
Please, respect the privacy of other guests.

Cancellation Policy:

If you wish to cancel your reservation, we must receive notice no later than 8 weeks prior to your date of arrival. Cancellations given prior to 8 weeks will have their deposit refunded.
Cancellations within 8 weeks of arrival will forfeit the deposit and may be liable for the entire amount of original reservation.
Please note: early departures will be charged per original reservation
